Hello and welcome to my little world of Julia Made! I’m so happy you can join me on my quest to design and hand print my own gorgeous cards, and drool over materials and products sourced from AUS where i call home, and all over the world.
The name Julia Made was my late grandmother’s idea, who herself had a little knitting business called Val Made. Naturally i would carry on such a clever family tradition! My inspiration and ideas come from the world around me, mostly i'm fascinated with times gone past, the yesteryear and anything old fashioned; black and white American movies, patchwork quilts, old junk stores, antique everything, old books/ magazines/ prints are a gold mine and illustration/ design/ printing and making things is what makes me tick. I hope you enjoy my products and the website.
